Here is Some Good News for all You Lafayette Homeowners!

FYI, we’ve got word from one of our lenders in Lafayette that PMI will still be tax deductible in 2008. The actual rules and accounting procedures are not totally in place yet. Here are a few details…

In general, dual household income cannot exceed $100,000 and a single borrower’s income cannot exceed $50,000.00 as the main qualifier for deductibility.  I will provide more specifics when available.

All consumers should check with their accountant for accurate information on how much they can deduct.
