I thought you might be interested to know that mortgage bonds prices have risen. This puts downward pressure on mortgage rates. Trading was all over the place throughout the week…investors are still concerned over credit and energy issues. Adding to the volatility were triple digit movements in stock prices!
Interest rates on government and conventional loans are down another 1/4 point!
